Getting into a crashed hard disk drive to rescue files

There are companies called data recovery service laboratories that charge enormous amounts of money to help you rescue and restore files from a crashed hard drive. These companies charge as much as $3000 to find and recover all of the files on an average 500 GB internal computer hard drive. Obviously, when a computer hard drive was filled with valuable records there was for a time no other choice than to pay this large sum of money to recover files. Recently data recovery from crashed hard drive storage has been made inexpensive by the invention and development of hard drive recovery programs that load directly onto a desktop or laptop computer’s RAM and grant access to the failed hard drive from that vantage point.
